I'm Hamish Russell, the founder of Russell and Crate, a Hertfordshire based family-run online kitchen knife shop. After many years in the world of Special Educational Needs, I decided to trade in the 9-5 for a more family-focused life with my daughter, Aida. Opening Russell and Crate meant I could work around my family life and work on my own terms.
