In the event of any delays, we commit to keeping you informed through our website or social media channels. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment, along with your tracking details.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR THE UK

Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process. Our shipments within the UK are dispatched using Royal Mail's fully tracked Age Verified Service.

TRACKING

For peace of mind ad also legal reasons, all items are dispatched with comprehensive tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be advised that customers are responsible for any customs charges or other fees related to international shipping. Russell and Crate will not reimburse any international shipping costs in the event of additional charges during transit.
